Where are the Orlando Performances?

All Orlando Ballet & Family Series performances are held at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre. The theater is located at 401 W. Livingston St., Orlando, 32801. The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre main level (orchestra) is continental seating, meaning there is no center aisle.

 How do I get to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre?

Coming on West I-4: Take Exit 83B to Garland Ave. Turn left onto Amelia Street & pass under I-4.

Coming on East I-4: Take Exit 84. Cross over Highway 50 (Colonial) & continue straight onto Hughey Ave. & travel two blocks to Amelia Street. Make a right onto Amelia Street.

What should I wear?

Most people will wear dressy casual, business, cocktail, or formal attire (especially on Opening Nights); most importantly please attend, and be comfortable.

May I eat nearby?

Inside the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre, you’ll find concessions including beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) & light snacks. For a meal, the closest restaurants to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre are:

• Livingston Café, located in the Marriott Hotel, directly across from the theatre

• Harvey’s, located on Livingston St, within walking distance from the theater

Where may I park?

You have many parking options for the theatre, including parking garages & surface lots. Parking for city owned surface lots & parking garages for the Centroplex is currently $8.00 per car. Please make sure that you securely lock your vehicle. You may also park in the courthouse garage for $5.00 & take the FREE Lymmo Bus to the theatre.

The Centroplex provides disabled parking options at the LOT 1, CPF I Garage, CPF II Garage, LOT 5, LOT 6, the Courthouse Garage, & the lot directly in front of the Amway Arena Box Office, when available.

Will patrons of other events share the same parking areas?

The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre's location adjacent to Amway Arena sometimes creates parking challenges for Bob Carr ticketholders. To determine another event may generate excessive traffic tie-ups in the area & delay your arrival at the theatre, please call Orlando Centroplex at 407.849.2000.

Parking is available for $8.00 in the CentroPlex Garage, across the street from the North side of the Carr Performing Arts Center. There is also Valet Parking available at the Marriott Hotel across the street from the South side of the Carr Performing Arts Centre.

May I purchase parking permits in advance?

Yes. If there is an event at the Amway Arena during the same time as your Orlando Ballet performance, we strongly suggest that you buy advance parking online at Ticketmaster.com or in person in advance (no service charge) at the Amway Arena Box Office (M – F, 10am – 6 pm). When purchasing advance parking through Ticketmasater.com, under venue, type in Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre & look for parking for the date that you need. Your best bet is to purchase parking in advance in the CPII Lot (Gold Lot) that is across the street from the theatre. Reserved/pre-paid parking is $8.00 per car, plus a $1.25 service charge & is available up until 5 pm the day prior to the performance date.

What about cameras or recorders, cell phones, or pagers?

Cameras, video recorders, & audio recorders are not allowed in the theatre. Also, so all patrons may enjoy the performance, please turn off cell phones & pagers.

Do children need tickets?

Everyone ages 2 & older must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
